As an Exercise Therapist I specialise in Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, working with an array of patients, from those with amputations or severe trauma injuries to those requiring treatment of a sports injury. Ensuring we get you back to functional ability and pain free.
Total teamwork in getting both of you to your set goals, be it fat loss, muscle gain or even general fitness. Working with each other in the park, being pushed to your limits.
BuddyBuddy PT Package starts from £80
I offer a mobile sports massage service, that can be carried out at your home or sports facility. Regular sports massage can help you to reach peak performance in your chosen event or benefit the keep fit enthusiast to increase flexibility and range of movement, with regular treatment will help reduce muscle soreness, cramps stiffness. Ensuring it keeps all your muscles in good condition reducing the risk of injury and can have a relaxing effect.

My husband is in a wheelchair & I park in the car park and push him across the road and have plenty of room to push him past the vehicle outside the gym. No problem what’s so ever. Carols Comments Just to share the lack of consideration for pedestrians and people on mobility scooters due to owner repeatedly parking probably illegally right at the front door. Obviously not fit enough to park elsewhere and walk! This is definitely not a good first look! Hopefully your Public Liability insurance extends this far as this is an accident waiting to happen. Smithy has increased my confidence in the gym and made me feel at ease within my workouts. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or out of place! Will be rebooking again in the new year for sure. Can’t recommend enough, You won’t be disappointed. Best decision, I made was to join the total team.
