KETTLEBELLS: 1Hr educated and coached Kettlebell session. For all abilities ensuring you lift with good technique and progress safely.

CIRCUIT: 1Hr general circuit session, perfect way to start your day hitting your body top to toe using bodyweight exercises.

CORE: 1Hr session targeting our tummy area. Using correct methods on activating not only your global muscular area around the tummy but educating you on activating your core to ensure a strong posture, preventing lower back pain.

TOTALFIT: 1Hr mixed session of exercises, using HIIT, TRX, Kettlebells, Tyres etc to maximise your workout.

BOXFIT: 1Hr of Padwork, introducing  you to technique, skillset and working rounds to maximise your fat burning.

HIIT: 30Mins of High Intensity Interval Training, awesome fast session that EVERYONE can do. Its a serious Fat Burner!

INSANITY: 30Mins ultimate bodyweight cardio workout focusing on increasing fitness and overall toning. 

 WOD: Full Body Workout, under time, as many rounds as you can, either working alone or in pairs.

LIFT: Learning to lift, covering technique. Suitable for all levels of fitness, educating you to lift safely and correctly. 

YOGA: We cover Yoga every Wednesday 1930 and Sunday Morning Club 0900, working on your flexibility, brreathinig and posture with Maggie
